Frequently Asked Questions
Below are answers to many common questions about gift cards, shipping, delivery, and ordering online.

Payment
+-What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. Credit, debit, and prepaid cards are accepted. We do not accept personal checks, certified checks and money orders.

+-Is there a minimum order amount?

We are able to accept any size order from a valid, authorized credit, debit, or prepaid card. The Gift Card can be purchased in any denomination.

+-When will my credit/debit/prepaid card get charged?

Upon approval by your card issuer.

+-What happens if my prepaid card does not have enough funds to complete the purchase?

The store accepts partial payments for prepaid cards. If there are insufficient funds on the card you will need to use another to complete the purchase. This additional card can be a credit, debit or another prepaid card. If you do not have another card to complete the purchase you will be able to cancel the order and all partial charges will be reversed.

+-Will I receive an email confirmation of my order?

Yes a confirmation will be sent automatically when your order is submitted. If you did not receive a confirmation, first check your junk/spam folder. Often times these emails will be filtered into a junk/spam folder by your e-mail service. Gift Cards and Holiday Bonus Cards
+-How do I redeem my Gift Cards and what terms are involved?

Please feel free to redeem the Gift Card at any Weber Grill Restaurant.

Gift Cards will be activated within 24 hours after purchase.

The Gift Cards do not have an expiration date and will retain the full value until redemption. We do not apply maintenance or usage fees of any type.

Please protect the Gift and Bonus Cards like cash as they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Holiday Bonus Cards and Costco Promotional Cards may not be used for private dining and catering events.

+-Can I include a message on my Gift Card order?

Yes, a message may be written four your gift recipient at no additional charge. Please note that messages are not included when Card or Product is being sent to the purchaser.

+-How does the Free $25 Holiday Bonus Card work?

From October 1st through December 31st, every time you purchase $100.00 in gift cards, you will receive a $25.00 bonus card for yourself.

These Bonus Gift Cards can be redeemed at any of our Weber Grill Restaurants for dining, cooking classes, and retail products.

The Bonus Gift Cards are valid only from January 1st through March 31st.

The Bonus Cards cannot be used toward gratuity.

No change or refund can be provided on the unused portion of the card and cannot be redeemable for cash.

Shipping of Gift Cards
+-Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We require signatures on all shipments in order to ensure your package arrives safely. As a result, we are unable to ship orders to P.O. Box addresses and cannot deviate from this policy.

+-What are your shipping different methods and rates?

Standard shipping is $7.00 and takes 7-10 business days.

Rush shipping is $10.00 and takes 2-3 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders received after 12 pm will be shipped the following business day, with the exception of weekend which will be shipped on Monday.

+-Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally?

+-How do I inquire about a damaged, incorrect, or missing shipment?

Privacy & Security
+-How do you treat my personal information?

Only Weber Grill Restaurants will retain your personal information, and will do so exclusively for the purpose of providing you with E-mail and product updates. If you do not wish to continue receiving these updates, you have the ability to easily opt out.

+-Is my credit card and personal information safe?

Weber Grill utilizes the most effective security measures to keep your information safe and private. All transactions are conducted through a SSL encrypted server which strictly protects the information exchanged.
